Can I pick my order up in store?

Yes, there is an option in during checkout to pick up your order in store at 177 N College Ave Fort Collins, Colorado.

You can also return your online order in the store. Just make sure your bring your email confirmation or packing slip in along with the items you would like to return!

 

Can I return an item that I've used?

Unfortunately we do not accept merchandise that is not in new, unused condition.

If a product that you purchased is defective in any way please feel free to email us with your questions and concerns at info@vadoclothingco.com or call/text us at (970)803-4648.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email update that includes a tracking number. With this number you will be able to track your package through the carrier's website. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship orders within the United States. BUT...We are working with our carriers to soon be able to ship to Canada. Sign up for our email list and hang around our socials for updates!

When will my order be sent? / When will I receive my order? 

Our team does our best to put your order together and send it as fast as we can, but processing times can take up to 3-5 days after placement. After your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number where you can follow package delivery updates with the respective carrier. Please note that delivery times vary from different carriers, but usually take no more than one week.

If you feel there is a concerning delay with your order, please feel free to contact us at info@vadoclothingco.com with your order number for us to look into.
